Q: Can I pay my bill over the phone?

A: Absolutely! And we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover!

Q: When should my trash be put out at the curb?

A: Your garbage should be out by 6AM the morning of your service day.

Q: Where do I place my trash and/or recycling cart?

A: Your cart(s) should be placed on the opposite side of the driveway from your mailbox, within five feet of the curb. The front of the cart(s) should be facing the curb with the handle in the back towards your house.

Q: How much trash can I put out each week?

A: Place all of your bagged garbage inside of our 95 gallon cart.

What is your yard waste policy?

A: All yard waste must be paid for when scheduling pick up. Anything not called in will not be picked up. We accept yard waste in brown paper yard waste bags: grass and leaves only. We accept limbs and twigs tied together in bundles. Limbs can be no longer than four feet and diameter no larger than four inches.

Q: What is considered a bulk item?

A: Furniture, appliances, outdoor equipment and most other items too large to fit in your waste cart. We CANNOT accept appliances with freon lines, construction debris (including 2x4, plywood, etc), tires, batteries or wet paint.

Q: What do I do with my bulk items that need to be thrown out?

A: Call at least one day in advance to schedule a pick-up. All bulk items must be paid for when scheduling pick up. Anything not called in will not be picked up

Q: What is considered recyclable?

Q: Can you throw cardboard in with recyclables?

A: Yes, if you use one of our large, rolling recycling containers.

Q: Do you miss picking me up if my schedule day falls on a holiday?

A: You are never missed. You will be picked up one day later than your scheduled day.
